-Support other VEEP programs, including the Green School Energy Challenge.

This position requires demonstrated experience, abilities, and skills in the following:

-Communication: Be an outgoing, enthusiastic presenter. Excellent speaking and writing skills to engage effectively with Vermont’s education communities.
-Collaboration/teamwork: Work with VEEP staff and Vermont educators as an effective team member. Work well with teachers, students and the public.

-Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and carry items up and down stairs.
-Location: Residence in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont is preferred.

Pay rate is $18–$27.50 per hour, depending on experience, paid on an hourly basis. This position is budgeted for an average of 20–25 hours per week during the school year and 10 hours per week during the summer; actual hours will vary from week to week.
