Job Summary

All carpentry skill levels wanted. Please review the descriptions for skill level requirements. Leading wages, benefits, and perks in this industry.

Carpenter Helper - ($12 - $16/hour): Typically less than 3 years’ experience. Has proper hand tools, tool belt, and a skill saw. Able to read a tape measure and cut a straight line. Will be working alongside more experienced tradesmen.

Carpenter - ($16 - $19/hour): 3-5 years’ experience. Can work independently with little to no supervision. There is a Training Program in place to assist in advancing skills.

Journeyman Carpenter - ($20 – 25/hour): 5- 10 years’ experience. Can read and understand blue prints and can lead a crew. Responsibilities include meeting all deadlines and bringing jobs to completion within set quality control guidelines. Flexibility to work in both support and/or assembly departments of production as needed.

Craftsman Carpenter - ($25 - $30/hour): 10 plus years’ experience working in all facets of carpentry, from framing to finish. Working independently with no supervision in both frame and finish carpentry areas. Excellent ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and to make decisions for the best and most cost-effective outcomes based on job criteria.

Compensation/Benefits/Perks

Hourly Wage including Overtime for hours each week over 40;

Carpenter positions in Assembly include additional Production and Quality Control Incentives

On-site employment: 98% of the time working at the South Londonderry shop year-round full-time under roof (no rain days)

Off-site: Travel time paid if working away from shop (very rare)

90-day trial/probationary period, no commitments, “at will”

All taxes are withheld according to state and federal law and insurance paid by company

Carpentry tools you supply: Basic hand tools, tool belt, skill saw that meets OSHA requirements, 4’ level and cordless drill. Tools supplied by the Company: all other power tools including nail guns; Skill saw blades are supplied by the Company

Weekly Attendance Bonus

Tool Allowance Bonus: $250 for every 1,000 hours worked (if working 40-hour work weeks, this is $500/year)

401K option to join company program after 1 year of continual employment

2 weeks paid time off (accruals begin after 90-day trial period): - PTO (a.k.a. Earned Sick Time), 8 Hours earned every 3 months based on job performance and attendance; - Birthday Paid Holiday : 8 hours to use on the day before, the day of, or the day after your birthday; and - Vacation Time (a.k.a. Earned Sick Time) accrues from day one and can be used after 1 year (should be 40 hours if working full time)

Travel stipend for commuting more than 30 miles one way

Employee eligible for ski resort lift passes for Skiing/Snowboarding

Pet Policy: bring your pet to work
